Asparagus Weeks at Belgobaren

Every year, the chefs at Belgobaren are tasked with creating a menu where asparagus takes centre stage.

They craft their dishes and we look forward to serving them for a few weeks in spring and early summer, when the asparagus is at its very best. Each dish is carefully composed and paired with Belgian beer that elevates the flavours.

The asparagus menu is served from mid-May and for a few weeks – as long as the season's asparagus maintains the highest quality.
