The renovation is at the finish line. On Saturday November 7 Belgobaren opens the doors to its new premises on Bryggargatan.

The Renovation Is (Almost) Done

After roughly seven months of building work, we can finally say that our sister restaurant Belgobaren on Bryggargatan is nearly finished.

Only a few small details remain before the cosy feeling is back. Some paint on the walls, a little more warmth, a new sound system to install – but very soon now.

Belgobaren has gained more space, two bars with even more taps, a brand new kitchen, and a new entrance from Vasagatan. The room seats more guests now, both for a quick beer after work and for larger parties. The bars are built from scratch, with better conditions for looking after both the beer and the people standing at them. With the entrance on Vasagatan it has never been easier to step in for a Belgian beer, moules frites, lunch, or a whole evening.

The grand opening is celebrated on Saturday November 7, and it will be an evening to remember:

Things start gently on a small scale at 16.00. At 17.30 the doors open for real – everyone is welcome!

They are open as usual so you are most welcome to visit already now!

Thank You for Your Patience

A big thank you to all guests for your patience and understanding during the renovation. Even though Belgobaren stayed open the whole time, it has at moments been both messy and a little chaotic. We really appreciate that you stuck with us all the way.

See you at the opening party on November 7. Until then Belgobaren is open as usual, in case you would like to experience the new premises before that. A very warm welcome!
